Welcome to the Pikuret Communication Academy website. By accessing and using pikuret.com, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Service set forth below. This service is operated by PT. Media Abbasy Ehsan and related media partners.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using our website. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and other parties who access or use the educational and information services we provide.

Eight Articles of Service Usage

Each article governs your rights and obligations as a user of our business communication and negotiation training platform. Read carefully before registering.

Article 01

Use of Educational Services

The services provided by Pikuret are intended for professional educational purposes in the fields of communication and negotiation. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the laws applicable in Indonesia.

You are prohibited from using our site to distribute content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful to others. This includes the dissemination of material related to hate speech, discrimination, or actions that may disrupt the learning process of other participants in the courses we organize.

Violation of these terms of use may result in the termination of your access to our learning platform without prior notice. We are committed to maintaining a conducive learning environment for all participants taking part in our debate and negotiation training.

Article 02

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials contained on this website, including but not limited to text, learning videos, modules, graphic designs, logos, and document templates, are the intellectual property of Pikuret Communication Academy or our licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the materials solely for personal and non-commercial use. This license includes the right to watch learning videos, download modules for self-study purposes, and participate in debate exercises available on the platform. This license does not include the right to share, copy, or re-teach the materials to third parties.

Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of learning materials without our written permission is a violation of the law and will be strictly prosecuted in accordance with the copyright laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia.

Article 03

Account Registration and Security

To access certain courses, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, as well as restricting access to your device.

You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately report it to our support team through the available contacts. Delayed reporting may affect our ability to secure your account and protect the personal data stored in the system.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts deemed to violate our security policies, including the use of weak passwords, suspicious activity, or repeated violations of the platform's terms of use.

Article 04

Payment and Fee Policy

Access to certain training modules requires payment of fees as specified on the offer page. All payments are made via bank transfer (invoice) in accordance with our administrative instructions.

The listed prices are subject to change at any time; however, such changes will not affect courses you have already paid for and are currently taking. The training offer list displays the fees applicable at the time of your registration, and those fees are binding until the module access period ends.

We do not provide refunds once access to digital materials has been opened, unless there is a technical error proven to be caused by our system that cannot be fixed. Refund requests based on technical errors must be accompanied by a chronological description and clear supporting evidence.

Article 05

Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)

Educational materials provided by Pikuret are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the results of this training will provide career success, promotions, or specific business results for participants. Success in business communication and negotiation depends on many factors outside the classroom, including independent practice, direct experience, and the context of your work environment.

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services. Decisions made based on learning materials are entirely the personal responsibility of the participant.

Article 06

Links to Third-Party Sites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pikuret. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

You acknowledge and agree that Pikuret is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of content or services available through such third-party websites. These links are provided solely for the convenience of the participant.

We advise you to read the terms and conditions of every website you visit. If an external link is no longer relevant or displays inappropriate content, please report it to us so that the link can be reviewed.

Article 07

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to provisions regarding ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability. This means your obligations regarding materials that have been downloaded or studied remain in effect even if the account is terminated.

If your account is terminated due to a violation, you are not entitled to any compensation.

Article 08

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of our services will be resolved through deliberation to reach a consensus.

If an amicable settlement is not reached, the dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the legal territory where PT. Media Abbasy Ehsan is officially registered.

You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any legal issues related to the use of our education and negotiation training platform.
